Our design approach to the development of housing estates is centred on our commercial approach to earthworks and drainage solutions including the project SuDS strategy in order to minimise engineering abnormal costs. We adopt a sustainable approach to ground and groundwater remediation combined with the use of innovative ground improvement solutions where appropriate to minimise abnormal costs associated with foundations and remediation of previous mine workings.
