Mercury 62, Knowsley

An 300,000 sqft proposed warehouse facility with interlinked office accommodation, and a bridge link to the existing warehouse facility on the existing Matalan site in Knowsley. The warehouse is proposed to contain a high bay automated racking system and therefore requires the use of ground improvement and FE modelling of the slab to ensure the onerous deformation tolerances required in automated racking warehouses is achieved.
