Project involved development of 150,000 sq ft of retail space including a 100,000 sq ft food store and basement car parking. Integra input included the provision of piled foundations with CFA piled retaining walls and a steel framed superstructure with partial ‘green’ roofs. Following negotiations with the Environment Agency and local sewerage undertaker, the surface water drainage scheme was developed in line with a SUDS strategy and included the use of below ground attenuation tanks.
