New build ten storey residential development with ground floor level car parking, and a further nine storeys housing 90 apartments. The building structure was formed utilising an in situ reinforced concrete frame with post tensioned floor plates, stabilised with in situ reinforced concrete lift / stair core walls. Detailed temporary works design was undertaken in order to avoid any surcharge of the existing adjacent River Irwell retaining wall during the construction phase.
